The bastardella is a container with an impure shape (not perfectly circular or even oval) ideal for cooking in a bain-marie, for preparing creams and sauces, for whipping and beating egg whites or fresh cream.
The 10/10 stainless steel has a high thickness which allows excellent heat dispersion. It is a material suitable for immersion cooking (boiling, poaching, cooking in a bain-marie...), resistant to impact, thermal shock, abrasion and corrosion. Brilliant and shiny, stainless steel does not require special care.
